// BIO

I am a registered architect, designer and digital design consultant operating both within and at the boundaries of professional practice.

I work with collaborators around the world to create spaces that uplift and tell stories - while paying respect to the existing stories of place. My work places a strong emphasis on sustainable design and technology.

Having studied architecture first in Australia and then London, I continue to pursue research interests in building climate change resilience and adaptation for small island nations, with a focus on the Pacific and challenges faced in the region from rising sea levels.

I am particularly interested in the innovative use of local materials and scarce resources to provide solutions. I believe that a focus on new technologies will not provide all the answers and that adaptation requires both time and a sensitivity to daily rituals in the usage of both private and communal space.

I am currently employed by Wilkinson Eyre Architects and based in Melbourne.
